Paphos Harbour
Paphos harbour was first built in the 13th century. Destroyed by the Turks and then rebuilt by the Ottomans.
Paphos Harbour is remains a historical and popular place, with lots to do. You can visit and walk around the old Paphos Castle, visit the Paphos mosaics and Paphos Odeon.
Visitors can meet and take a picture with the pelican called "Kokos" or just sit back and relax the attractive view of the harbour. There are lots of restaurants and "tavernas" which serves fresh fish meze, meat meze, steaks, salads and many more.
The harbor is still used by small fishing boats and various boat trips out to Lara's beaches. Boats including fishing trips and glass bottom boats.
Watersports also operate from Paphos Harbour. In the area visitors can find loads of souvenirs shops and romantic cafes.
