How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
When you have send us an enquiry by email or phone we will note your requirements and we will confirm availability of your dates and will confirm your reservation. We advise you to print out your email.

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?
Yes we do take bookings by telephone, email or fax. But if you need assistance of any sort you can always call us during office hours or send us email.

I have booked the hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email back is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before sending your request. Also we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation emails may end up in your spam folder. If you do not receive an email 24/48 after you have made an enquiry, please send us an email again or contact us by phone.

What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?
The check-in and check-out times of the hotel is 12:00. If you are going to arrive late or very early, we advise you to let us know in advance the reservation/enquiry form , or inform the hotel directly.

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?
